Analysis Of The Death Risk Factors Of Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome In Xining

Objective:By analyzing the case data of EICU 102 patients with MODS in Xining, the main risk factors and mortality of the disease were discussed.Methods:Select the EICU of Affilitated Hospital of Qinghai University ward 2012~2014 years from 102 MODS patients. Through the analysis of gender, age, history of chronic diseases, primary etiology, organ failure number, APACHE II score factors and mortality, to further explore the main risk factors of death in patients with MODS in EICU wards.Results:1. The mortality of MODS patients was 72.5%.2. The death group and the survivors in sex, primary cause of difference, age was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05). Two groups of patients in the past history of chronic diseases, organ failure number and APACHE II score differences are significant(P﹤0.05).3. By Logistic regression analysis, found that the number of organ failure and APACHE II score were the main risk factors of death(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:1. The mortality of MODS patients was 72.5%.2. The mortality of MODS patients was independent of its sex, age and the cause of the disease. With a history of chronic diseases mortality rate is higher than the healthy people. The mortality rate of patients with MODS increased significantly with the number of organ failure and APACHE II score.3. The number of organ failure and APACHE II score were the main risk factors of death.
