Objective To study the high altitude Tibetan and Han normal adult cardiac structure and function in 3TMRI technology; Explore native Tibetan high altitude normal adult and immigrant Han normal adult cardiac structure and function whether the differences. Methods The high-altitude Tibetan healthy adults 30 cases and 30 cases of Han healthy volunteers were collected and analysed,who previous mood, lung disease and other diseases, regular routine, electrocardiogram, cardiac B ultrasound and chest X-ray is no abnormalities. Use the Philips Achieva 3.0TX-Series superconducting MRI scanner, we operated conventional cardiac MRI scanning,the original images was transmitted to the post-processing workstation.(Philips Extendsd MR WorkSpace 2.6.3.2).after the use of software by two physicians subjects of image processing, the measured subjects about length, width, and septal wall thickness room atrium and ventricle, aorta and main pulmonary artery diameter was measured; recognition software and human intervention through a combination of measured subjects left and right ventricle of the heart function(EF values, SV, SI, CO, CI, EDV, ESV, MM) and other parameters were observed there is no difference. Results All volunteers caught complete routine cardiac MRI examination and obtain an image with diagnostic value; Tibetan normal healthy adult heart atrioventricular main parameters: left atrial anteroposterior diameter: 35.42±7.06 mm, right atrial diameter of about: 45.07 ± 5.80 mm left ventricular diastolic end systolic diameter: 44.38±4.91 mm, right ventricular end diastolic diameter: 39.75±4.17 mm, left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV): 75.6±19.54 ml, left ventricular end-systolic volume(EDS): 33.5±11.43 ml, left, right ventricular ejection fraction(EF): 64.36±5.90%, 39.36±5.04%; Han normal healthy adult heart atrioventricular main parameters: left atrial anteroposterior diameter: 33.24±7.55 mm, right atrial diameter of about: 45.76±7.09 mm, left Room diastolic diameter: 43.66±5.51 mm, right ventricular end diastolic diameter: 38.74±4.88 mm, left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV): 73.6±13.35 ml, left ventricular end-systolic volume(EDS): 32.64±9.81 ml, left, right ventricular ejection fraction(EF): 70.28±6.19%, 46.97±5.00%. Tibetan crowd right ventricular size, right ventricular ejection fraction, right ventricular output, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular cardiac index, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, interventricular septum and left ventricular wall thickness and Han population difference statistically(p <0.05), more than the index was not statistically significant.Conclusion Research on this study 3.0TMRI plateau area(Hyperion> 3000m) for different racial normal cardiac MRI proved relevant parameters are different left and right ejection fraction, pulmonary artery and left ventricular mass, septal thickness between the Tibetan and Han adults.
