Purpose: Pulmonary thromboembolism(pulmonary embolism PE) refers to the endogenous or exogenous embolus blocking pulmonary artery or its branches which cause the pulmonary circulation and respiratory dysfunction as the main clinical manifestations and pathological physiological characteristics of the clinical syndrome. The morbidity just seconds to tumor and myocardial infarction incidence, and is the third-leading cause of death. Moreover the incidence of thromboembolic disease in pregnancy women is much higher than non pregnancy women. But it’s the clinical manifestations has diversity and the lack of specificity therefore the misdiagnosis rate and the missed diagnosis of the disease is quite high. It will seriously threatened the life safety of pregnant women and fetus if pregnant women of pulmonary embolism cannot be diagnosed and treated in time 20% to 30% of pregnant women can cause sudden death, the survivors in 30% of patients relapse but if under adequate treatment can obviously reduce fatality rate. Therefore it has an important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of pregnant pulmonary embolism.Lung ventilation perfusion scan(V/Q) imaging examination is a kind of safe and reliable and easy method to diagnose pulmonary embolism. Besides it is the internationally recognized as the most sensitive and noninvasive diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, but many clinicians are considering this check may produce some bad effects for pregnant women and fetus due to the pregnant women in special physiological period thus making the clinical application of lung ventilation perfusion imaging examination is limited by a certain. Studies thinks that the doses of radiation so small, that no adverse impact on the fetus and pregnant woman;Studies that V/Q of the adverse impact of imaging examination in pregnant women may have preterm delivery spontaneous abortion and stillbirth and so on and so forth for the fetus in the womb the adverse effects may be exposed to radiation for congenital anomalies and dysplasia but it is lack of a large number of clinical studies and animal experiments. This article by copying pregnant rabbit animal model of pulmonary embolism the pregnant rabbit who have pulmonary embolism are to be received pulmonary ventilation perfusion imaging examination and then to compare two groups of the pulmonary embolism and pulmonary ventilation perfusion imaging inspection. Through the observation of the pregnancy the offspring from the rabbit and the growth of children to provide certain theoretical basis for the clinical application of lung ventilation perfusion imaging examination. Methods Pregnant rabbits which meet the test requirements were randomly divided into two groups : PE model group(B) and lung ventilation-perfusion scintigraphy group(C).Indexes :The differences in the aspects of the pregnant rabbits miscarriage, premature birth, stillbirth, etc between the two groups; The differences in the aspects of malformations and the developmental of the produced offspring between the two groups; The differences in the developmental aspects of the produced offsprings in the three-month period.Statistical method : These datum were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software package with mean and standard deviation. Making comparisons between before a after treatment withpaired Test to P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significantResults: There is no significant difference in the aspects of the miscarriage, premature birth, stillbirth which happened in pregnant rabbits. The produced offspring showed no obvious deformity appearance; There is not statistically significant in the indicators of the progeny-intrauterine growth and development which are reflected by the weight, head circumference, abdominal circumference and length, etc of the producted offspring. Conclusion: The adverse effects that The Lung ventilation-perfusion scintigraphy examination produced to the pregnant rabbits in the aspects of miscarriage, premature birth, stillbirth aspects of fetal teratogenicity, the aspects of fetal growth have not been found.
