| Objective : To investigate the clinical curative effect of recurrent shoulder modified Latarjet surgical treatment with bone loss of anterior dislocation.Methods : recurrent shoulder bone loss from Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from 2011 February to 2013 September in Department of orthopedics trauma clinic of the anterior dislocation in 25 patients as the research object, through the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 5 cases were excluded, there were 20 cases with bone loss of recurrent shoulder dislocation were closed before the meet the inclusion criteria, recurrence the shoulder joint of 20 patients with bone loss in patients with anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint function score and Constant-Murley repair Bigliani shoulder instability after operation stability by calculating the score and coronoid process graft bone block bone healing rates were evaluated.Results : 20 patients were included in the study, 1 cases were lost, 19 cases were followed up. The follow-up of 1 to 1.5 years(average 15.05 months). After 1, 3, 6 and 12 months of follow-up, follow-up including shoulder joint X, CT, Constant-Murley and shoulder joint function recovery, Bigliani score of shoulder joint. The ipsilateral shoulder Constant-Murley score from preoperative 70.15 to postoperative 2.85. 92.5 + 1.73, Bigliani shoulder instability after repair operation stability score from preoperative 3.10 + increased to1.71 after 7.15 + 0.67, coracoid bone graft bone healing rate was 89.4%. Follow up of patients with postoperative shoulder stability, no shoulder joint dislocation of the shoulder again, fear of experimental negative, preoperative, postoperative comparison, the difference wasstatistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the modified Latarjet procedure through the recovery of lead to recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder of the static structure and dynamic structure, completely eliminate the problem of easy relapse over various surgical methods after operation. The front significantly improved the stability of shoulder joint, internal and external rotation and flexion with lift function improved significantly, especially compared to the traditional Latarjet technique can greatly reduce the loss of external rotation of shoulder joint function. Is the effective surgical method for clinical treatment of recurrent shoulder bone loss associated with anterior dislocation of the clinical treatment of the disease has guiding significance. |
