Objective: The main purpose of this paper was to explore the operation on blood pressure, blood lipid metabolic syndrome and multiple hormone level of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) combined with metabolic syndrome(MS) patients and to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. Methods: 35 cases of OSAHS combined with MS patients from January 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were observed, indexes such as blood pressure, blood lipid metabolic syndrome and multiple hormone levels of those people were detected. And the observation group was divided into light, medium and severe patient, sleep qualities and life qualities of the three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, BMI, HDL, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, abdomen circumference and neck circumference of the patients were decreased, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. As for the biochemical index, after the treatment, all of the values include blood glucose, uric acid, TG, LDL and TC were significantly lower than that before treatment except the HDL, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. It was found that after operation, testosterone value was higher, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05, and estradiol, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and prolactin changed little, P > 0.05. And it was observed that AHI times of patients were decreased after operation, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Then, it was found that after treatment, ESS score of the patients had no significant difference compared with the normal people, P > 0.05. Life quality scores of the light, medium and severe patients were 8.52±1.65, 7.86±1.42 and 6.54±0.65 respectively, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. It was also found that the more severe of the patients, the lower of the life quality score, and the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05.Conclusion: Operation can significantly improve the blood glucose, blood pressure and other indexes of the OSAHS combined with MS patients. The sleep qualities and life qualities of patients can be improved dramatically.
