Objective Evaluation of whole body diffusion weighted imaging(WB-DWI) in clinical application value of the combined body part of segment T2 pressure grease and head T2 flair scan.Method A retrospective analysis from 2013 January to 2015 February in our hospital 39 cases of patients with WB-DWI, including 9 cases of medical patients, 10 patients showed systemic much discomfort, 20 cases of tumor patients in our hospital for clinical diagnosis of the imaging diagnosis, clinical comprehensive diagnosis results and C o m p a r i s o n, a n a l y s i s o f w h o l e b o d y d i f f u s i o n w e i g h t e d i m a g i n g c o m b i n e d b o d y s e c t i o n t y p e T 2 p r e s s u r e g r e a s e a n d h e a d T 2 f l a i r s c a n o f the display lesions, evaluation of whole body diffusion weighted imaging(WB-DWI) value of the joint body part of segment T2 pressure grease and head T2 flair scan in clinical diagnosis.Results(1)Nine patients with physical examination uterus attachment area cyst 2 cases, liver cyst 2 cases, liver hemangioma 1 case, renal cyst 2 cases, liver and kidney cyst in 2 cases.(2)10 cases of non tumor patients found 4 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction, 2 patients with sinusitis, 1 cases of renal cysts, 3 cases of benign liver lesions, 2 cases of joint effusion, 1 cases with systemic muscle gap effusion, 2 cases of pneumonia, 1 cases with systemic depth of lymph nodes, 3 cases were missed diagnosis of chest lesions.(3)In the chest lesion detection, the difference has statistical significance of CT and WB-DWI combined with body part of segment T2 pressure grease and head T2 flair scan, no significant difference of WB-DWI combined with body part of segment T2 pressure grease and head T2 flair scanning and WB-DWI scanning of tumor cells, but also for head T2 flair scan in patients with benign lesions can show chronic ischemia, infarction; and in the lymph node and bone lesions in WB-DWI combined with body part of segment T2 pressure grease and head T2 flair scanning and CT, WB-DWI had significant difference between the two two.(4)Two patients before and after treatment review ADC values increase.(5)Some cancer patients on DWI also shows the hydrothorax, ascites and pelvic effusion.Conclusion(1)Magnetic resonance WB-DWI consortium part of segment T2 pressure grease, head T2 flair scan and CT scan of the chest to be popularized and applied to the physical examination population.(2)Compared with WB-DWI, WB-DWI combined with body part of segment T2 pressure grease and head T2 flair scan is more conducive to the detection of lesions, more conducive to the localization diagnosis.(3)WB-DWI and WB-DWI c o m b i n e d w i t h b o d y s e g m e n t T 2 p r e s s u r e g r e a s e a n d h e a d T 2 f l a i r scanning in chest lesions and osteoblastic metastasis foci exist some defects detection, requires a combination of CT.
