| Objective To observe Ru Xiang Ying Tong Powder plus or minus decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,at the same time, to observe the effect of it on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with hemorrheology,blood lipid level.Methods Choose in April 2012 to December 2013 in yinchuan of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of hospitalized patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and randomly divided into two groups by random single blind method,treatment group of 30 cases,30 cases in the control group,two groups of patients before treatment there were no significant differences in gender, age,course of disease and other general information,comparable(P>0.05).Shall be basis of antidiabetic,antihypertensive treatment, the blood sugar, blood pressure control in the ideal state.On the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment group of thirty patients was treated with rui zhu tang experience decoction,the control group was treated with mecobalamin.The two groups applied drugs continuously for sixty days. Compare the two groups before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral, Toronto score,the change of the nerve conduction velocity, the whole blood viscosity at low shear, the whole blood viscosity in cutting,whole blood viscosity in high shear,plasma viscosity, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C.Observe the patient’s blood, liver and kidney function, urine routine, stool and electrocardiogram and so on objective indicators, And evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment, and security.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results1. Compared two groups of patients after total effective,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),efficient treatment group is better than that of control group,the control group is 66.6%,treatment group was 93.3%.2. Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral were reduced(P<0.05), the comparison between the two way(P<0.05) in the treatment group is better than that of control group, in improving the patients’ clinical symptoms in the treatment group curative effect is remarkable.3. Toronto score after treatment in both groups were reduced, the comparison between the two way(P<0.05) in the treatment group is better than that of control group, in improving the patients’ clinical neurological symptoms and signs in treatment group curative effect is remarkable.4. The two groups after treatment in patients with nerve conduction velocity, the two groups after treatment the median nerve MNCV, SNCV are improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) in the treatment group is better than the control group;In the two groups after treatment the common peroneal nerve MNCV, SNCV are improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) in the treatment group is better than that of control group, the above description in improving patients with nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group curative effect is remarkable.5.The two groups after treatment in the the whole blood viscosity at low shear, the whole blood viscosity in cutting,whole blood viscosity in high shear,plasma viscosity, TG, TC,LDL-C were decreased, and the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),HDL-C no obvious change(P>0.05),there was no statistically Significant difference,That the treatment group to improve hemorheology and blood lipids index is better than that of control group.6.Two groups of patients during treatment the blood, urine, stool routine, liver andkidney function, electrocardiogram(ECG) in comparison there was no significant change before and after the treatment,safe and effective,no adverse events.Conclusion1. Ru Xiang Ying Tong Powder plus or minus decoction can significantly change of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with symptoms and signs, improve nerve conduction velocity, has a good effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.2. Ru Xiang Ying Tong Powder plus or minus decoction can significantly improve patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with good hemorheology and blood lipids index, can improve the symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and high blood coagulation state.3. Ru Xiang Ying Tong Powder plus or minus decoction treat the diabetes peripheral neuropathy clinical observation without adverse reactions, is a safe and effective drug treatment. |
