Antibodies Outside Of ABO Blood Group System And Safe Blood Transfusion

Objective :To detect the distribution and positive rate of the irregular antibody outside of ABO blood group system screening in the crow, to identify the kinds of antibodies.respectively research the relationship of sex,blood transfusion and pregnancy and the detectable irregular antibody, Grasp the crowd antibody outside of the ABO blood group system positive rates and types. Reasoning of local produce antibody main blood group system.To cause the clinician’s emphasis on antibodies of ABO blood group system outside, the scientific and the safety of blood transfusion to provide technical support.Method :1.Clinical data and sera of 1615 patients who had received transfusion patients in our hospital from first of June to September 20 thin 2014 was collected and identify the irregular antibodies by microcolumn gel technique1,we did classification of positive antibody,the results are stored in the blood teansfusion department computer management system.2.To collect 1615 cases with blood specimens micro column gel antiglobulin method is used to detect irregular antibody outside of ABC blood group,Study the crowd of different clinic irregular antibody detection rate, Respectively in patients with irregular antibody positive do brine method, microcolumn gel antiglobulin method and the classic anti globulin method, investigation of irregular antibody outside of ABO blood group system specificity distribution and the antibody of regularity and reasons.Results:1.1615 patients with irregular antibody screening, positive of 1615 cases irregular antibody were 15 cases and detection positive rate was 0.93%(15/1615).The positive rate of men was 0.67%(4/595), The positive rate of women was 1.08%(11/1020). The positive rate of female patients with a history of pregnancy was 1.28%(12/857), positive rate of no pregnancy history group was 0(0/163), The positive rate of the history of blood transfudion was 3.45%(10/290), which was much higher the no history of blood transfusion was0.38%(5/1325), between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. RH system what was checked out 6 was the majority of the antibody specificity and detection rate was 40%(6/15), in which anti-E was 4 cases,one of anti-D and one of anti-c, then Kell and MNSs system respectively was four cases which positive rate was26.67(4/15), there are four cases of anti-K、 one cases of anti-M、two cases of anti-s and one cases of anti-Mur, the last,one cases of anti- Fyawas found in the system of Duffy,The positive rate of anti- Fyawas 6.67%(1/15).Conclusions:Red blood cells surface antigen in addition has the ABO blood group system, Rh, Kell,Duffy and MNSs blood group antigen system also has a great influence on the blood transfusion exists extensively. Stimulates blood transfusion recipients the irregular antibodies of ABO blood group system outside,cause immune response, receiving a blood transfusion influence therapeutic effect. Therefore we must earnestly ABO blood group system outside of the irregular antibody screening, identification, technical guarantee for the scientific and safe blood transfusion.
