| Objective:To explore some relevant factors of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis, and to predict the occurrence of bleeding.Methods:Selected during October 2010 and October 2014,the clinical data of shanxi medical university second clinical medical college of 506 patients with liver cirrhosis. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria screening qualified 305 cases of patients with esophageal and gastric varices caused by liver cirrhosis. Choose 25 perhaps predictors in patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis(Etiology, gender, age, duration, ascites, spontaneous peritonitis, the size of the spleen, hypersplenism, splenectomy, primary hepatic carcinoma, red-color sign, the degree of esophageal varices, the degree of gastric varices,portal vein diameter, spleen vein diameter, hepatic encephalopathy, Child-pugh, ALTã€ASTã€PT-Sã€APTT-Sã€PT(%)ã€R-INRã€white blood cell countã€platelet count) a total of 25,Use SPSS 17.0 statistics software for count data by chi-square test, measurement data using T test,non-normal distribution of measurement data and the level of count data use Kruskal-Wallis Test for single factor analysis(P<0.05 there is statistical significance),analysis the correlation and the degree of the correlation between every prediction factor and esophageal and gastric varices bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis,screen have a significant influence on predicting bleeding.Result:1. Single factor analysis results showed that the gender,etiology, ALT,WBC,PLT,splenectomy,ascites, spontaneous peritonitis, primary hepatic carcinoma, hypersplenism, hepatic encephalopathy, and so on a tatol of 11 factors(P>0.05)there was no significant difference.Age, duration, AST, PT-S,APTT-S, PT(%)ã€R-INR(R)ã€red-color sign, the severe esophageal varices, the severe gastric varices,portal vein diameter, spleen vein diameter, the size of the spleen, Child-pugh and so on a tatol of 14 factors(P<0.05)there was significant difference.2. Nonconditioned Logistic analysis result is: the red sign,PT-S, APTT-S,and the severe esophageal varices, the severe gastric varices such 5 factors have significant difference,which can be used predicted the bleeding of upper gastrointestinal caused by esophageal and gastric varices of liver,and the PT-S is the most important risk factor.Conclusions:1. Age, duration, AST, PT-S,APTT-S, PT(%)ã€R-INR(R)ã€red-color sign, the severe esophageal varices, the severe gastric varices,portal vein diameter, spleen vein diameter, the volume of the spleen, Child-pugh have significant difference statistically significant.2. PT-S, APTT-S,and the severe esophageal varices, the severe gastric varices are the independent risk factors of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis,and the PT-S is the main risk of liver cirrhosis. |
