The Research Of The Management Of Rural Doctors Under The New Health Care Reform Policy

To satisfy the demand of people’s primary medical treatment, solving the last round of health care "market" under the tendency of weak basic medical and health care network, difficulty and high cost of treatment, in March 2009, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council launched a deepening medical and health system reform, namely, the new health care reform. On this basis, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health issued a series policies provide clear rules and norms to promote the implementation of the new health care reform. Countries and various department grassroots coordination, promote the new health care reform implementation, the establishment of the basic medical insurance system and the national essential drug system, improve primary health care service system and basic public health service system, effectively reduce the burden of medical costs, lower medicine prices, and convenient masses medical treatment.Rural doctors is an important commitment to the construction of China’s rural medical and health services for the majority of the rural population in the provision of basic health services and public health services in the body. Since the implementation of the new medical reform policy, the government increased the investment in primary health care, rural basic medical services and public health services standards to improve rural medical practitioners, professional identity and practice environment has also undergone a significant change.
