Pediatric uveitis is one of the common visual-threatening diseases. It’s difficult to make diagnosis because of the insidious onset of the disease and the poor representation of the children, thus brings a lot of difficulties on treatment and causes various complications. Non-infectious pediatric uveitis is the most common in pediatric uveitis. In the past, corticosteroids have long been the mainstay of therapy; however, the significant associated side effects limit their usage on children. In this review, we covered the latest therapeutic options for non-infectious pediatric uveitis including corticosteroids, other immunosuppressive agents, and wildly used biological agents nowadays.
