Objective:To investigate the distribution and their drug resistance of bacteria strains in septicemia patients who had positive hemoculture in the late three years, provide the evidence for clinician to choice the best Antibiotics. Methods:Collect the clinical and laboratory data of septicemia patients with positive hemoculture from January 2011 to December 2011 in inpatient departments. BacT/Alert3D240 was used to culture the blood samples, using Vitek-2 to identify bacteria and drug sensitivity, using SPSS 19.0 to analyze the data.Results:314 bacteria strains were isolated among the 284 septicemia patients. The bacterium included Gram-negative bacteria(69.4%), Gram-positive bacteria(29.3%),and fungi(1.3%). the mian pathogenic bacteria of Gram-negative bacteria were Escherichia coli(30.3%), Klebsiella pneumoniae(15.9%) and Acinetobacter baumannii(6.7%). Coagulase negative staphylococci (15.6%) and Staphylococcus aureu (8.9%) were the main pathogenic bacteria of Gram-positive bacteria. The antimicrobial susceptibility results showed that the resistant rates were as follows:Escherichia coli had the best sensitivity (100.0%) to Carbapenems, the resistante rate of cephalosporins was 2.1%-64.2%, and the resistance to Piperacillin/Tazobactam was 4.2%;Acinetobacter baumannii had the lowest resistance (19.1%) to minocyline, but imipenem was 66.7%; to Klebsiella pneumoniae, the resistante rate of all antibiotics were lower than 40%, except ampicillin; the resistant rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem was 23.5%,the resistante rate of Piperacillin/Tazobactam was 23.5%,but to Amikacin was 11.8%. No vancomycin-resistant strains, linezolid-resistant strains and tigecycline-resistant strains were found in Coagulase negative staphylococci and Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion:The main pathogenic bacteria of septicemia patients was Gram-negative bacteria in our hospital, Escherichia coli was the major pathogenic bacteria of Gram-negative bacteria,Coagulase negative staphylococci was the major pathogenic bacteria of Gram-positive bacteria. The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii was high,vancomycin-resistant staphylococcus aureus had not been found. In order to choose the appropriate antibiotics,we should Understand the distribution and drug resistance characteristics of pathogenic bacteria in septicemia.
