Operation Treatment Of Unstable Sacral Fractures Involving The Lumbosacral Joint

ObjectiveThrough the discussion on the relevant operation, and to compare the different conditions of patients with different severity, treatment programs, preliminary study of unstable sacral relates to the lumbosacral joint clinical effect evaluation and treatment method of the bone fracture operation. Through this research, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each type of operation in different aspects, carries on the analysis and summary of operation scheme and the most widely used nowadays, medical workers.Methods and materialsRetrospective analysis of unstable sacrum from 2008 January to 2013 June during our department treated fractures in 10 patients,7 male patients,3 cases of female patients, age 28-51 years old, average age is 38.7 years old. According to the neural clinical manifestations, check whether the system with nervous system damage, and imaging examination, fracture type (Denis type and Tile type). According to the patients with fracture in different anatomical regions, according to the Denis method type:involving the â…¡ region in 2 cases, involving the+â…¢ region â…¡ in 5 cases, involving the â…  District+â…¡ District+â…¢ District 3 cases. Which according to the Gibbons score:1 points in 4 cases,3 cases were 3,4 in 3 cases. The operation mode of using posterior sacral foramen decompression+lumbar pedicle screws combined with sacral pedicle screws (and/or iliac screws) waist-the stability of pelvic ring reconstruction.
