The lacking of donor have became a worldwide difficult problem in the field of organ transplantation.China have stoped using organs from executed prisoners as a transplant donor sources from January 1,2015. no longer dependent on organs from executed prisoners is a major change, which means that voluntary organ donation after the death of citizens will be the only channel used by organ transplantation. Termination death organ donation is a new starting point for the development of organ transplantation, also is a good opportunity for social to progress and the rule of law continues to sublimate. In the situation that organ transplantation are a serious imbalance between supply and demand, how to improve the voluntary organ donation rates after the death of our citizens is the problem that most worthy of attention and thought.ObjectivesWhat is the social support system? Social support can be defined as All kinds of influence that people acquired through social contact, including material help, information, emotional care, etc. which can reduce stress, relieve stress, improve the adaptability of various effects. Social support is a dynamic system, which expressed the recognition and support to individual behavior, thus affecting the individual behaviors in the future. According to the approach adopted by the support, social support systems can be divided into formal social support systems and informal social support systems. Formal social support system is the power system which by official way to show support for the individual behavior, including the social public opinion support, formal organizations, recognition, etc. Informal social support system is the power system with the aid of all kinds of informal way support behavior, and it has obvious moral encouragement role. Informal social support system can help the individual and society to achieve a good adaptation, and also help maintain social order, strengthen the group solidarity.The social support system of human organ transplantation is all social factors, it has been support and promote the development of organ transplantation. In other words, and a series of systems matching it including laws and regulations system, organization and management system, education system and compensation system, collectively be known as the organ transplant social support system. Social support of human organ transplantation is mainly for the organ donation to provide legal and policy support, fair and smooth donation channel and people-oriented necessary rescue measures. By analyzing the present status of the organ transplantation in China and the status of the citizen’s perception of organ transplantation, to investigate the reasons for the current shortage of human organ transplant donor, to find out the current lack of support of the Human Organ Transplant and problems existing in the system, and propose measure. With the increasing cumulative cases of end-stage renal disease, liver disease, the number of organ failure patients awaiting transplants each year about 300000 people, the actual number porting is about 10000, which greatly restricted the development of the cause of the organ transplantation in China.The development of organ transplantation need two legs, Medicine is just one of them, to establish a social support system in addition to technology to promote the development of organ transplantation and broaden the sources of in China a technology of organs will have a positive significance. Human organ donation is a personal gift behavior on the surface, but because of involving all aspects of social life, more should be a social behavior in nature. To increase the number of organ donors, cannot leave to the combined efforts of the whole society. Therefore, to build the social support system of human organs for transplants have to be on the agenda. The purpose of this paper is to provide the new train of thought for concrete increase organ transplant donor through the analysis of the social support system of human organ transplant, and in order to provide the beneficial reference and inspiration for more in-depth study of the development of organ transplantation in future.MethodsThis article mainly uses the method of qualitative research and quantitative research methods. This paper analyzed from four aspects of social support system of human organ transplantation through the analysis of the data, Summarizes the problems existing in the current social support system, and on this basis to explore the countermeasures of perfecting social support system.
