Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect of the urinary incontinence after stroke by needling shuidao from zhibian and general acupunture,and explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with urinary incontinence after stroke were randomly divided into two gropes, 29 cases in the control group, and 31 cases in the treatment group. The control group with general acupuncture therapy, other treatments based on syndrome differentiation; the treatment group was on the basis of the control group add the needling shuidao from zhibian. Patients of the two gropes were treated once a day,30 miniutes for needling each time,and a course of treatment include 10 days. After corresponding 2 courses of treatment, two groups patients of urinary incontinence were evaluated by differences among the degree of urinary incontinence, clinical symptom score, B ultrasound determination of the maximum bladder capacity and bladder residual urine volume.Results:1.After 2 courses of treatment, two groups of patients with urinary incontinence symptoms compared with those before treatment were improved(P<0.05); compared with the control group;the degree of treatment group with urinary incontinence was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effective rate of the two methods in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke was that the control group(72.40%), the treatment group(96.70%); the curative effect has significant difference(P<0.05), shows the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.After 2 courses of treatment, clinical symptom score of the two groups of patients with urinary incontinence improved before treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05); compared with the control group, clinical symptom score of the treatment grope was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effectiveness of two methods in the treatment respectively was that the control group(72.41%), the treatment group( 93.33%); the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), indicating that method of needling by pointing shuidao from zhibian for treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke was better than that of the control grope.3. After 2 courses of treatment, the maximum bladder capacity and bladder residual urine volume of patients in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the maximum bladder capacity,and bladder residual urine volume of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); and method of needling by pointing shuidao from zhibian for treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Two methods for the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke can improve the symptoms; the needling by pointing shuidao from zhibian combined with general acupuncture therapy was better than general acupuncture therapy, can effectively improve the patients with urinary incontinence symptoms after stroke, and "the therapeutic efficacy of urinary incontinence in needling by pointing shuidao from zhibian combined with general acupuncture therapy after stroke is remakmable.
