With the rapid economic development and gradual improvement of living standard in our country, residents’ideas towards health undergo much changing. They desire to get high-quality, diversified and multi-level requirements to health care services. At the same time, new strategic environment, such as, the fierce competition in the industry, the rapid development of medical science and technology and doctor-patient contradiction, puts forward higher request to the medical service. The main body of medical services in China-public hospitals shoulders more responsibilities. For many years, public hospitals which occupy most of the allocation of health resources of the government outshine others. What’s more, it causes more problems, such as, unknown location, unreasonable governance structure in management mechanism and system. Singularity of compensation system and being short of comprehensive stimulation lead to many problems including difficulty of registration, high cost of getting medical treatment and contraction between doctor and patient. As a result, the reform of management innovation in the public hospital is imperative.Writer carries out a research for innovative management measures in 2014-2015 in the third rate public hospital of Henan province---Hospital H. In concrete terms, writer investigates, takes a filed visit, interviews relevant personnel and does questionnaire for both patients and medical workers for the purpose of analyzing the achievements of management innovation and problems according to data. This paper will put forward questions to analyze and explore from the perspective of professional management based on the fact. We will explore the effects and problems in the system innovation and mechanism innovation and analyze the innovation path on management among domestic public hospital taking H hospital in Henan province as example.It should be recognized that we should use the concept of scientific development to guide reform of public hospitals, clarify the responsibilities of public hospital in system function, improve governance structure and shape public welfare legal entity image of public hospital. We should know that we should improve the mechanism of the operation of public hospitals with innovative ideas, form a comprehensive incentive on the personnel management, establish an effective compensation mechanism on financial management and strengthen financial support by breaking the idea that "giving preference to public hospitals given poor financial support". Initiative and innovate should be proposed and effective management path for the sustainable development of public hospital should be planed.
