The Research Of The Equalization Of Basic Medical And Heath Service In Xintian County

Health is a necessary requirement to promote the comprehensive development of human beings. The equalization of basic medical and health service not only plays an important role in ensuring and improving people’s livelihood, but also helps build a harmonious socialist society. Establishing a sound system of basic medical and health service, as well as providing it for all people as public products will help accelerate the pace of health care reform, make achievements in health care reform and achieve the healthy and harmonious development of China.Over the past few years, the author has engaged in the study of health care and hygiene. As far as I am concerned, there exists some deficiencies in the research on the equalization of basic medical and health service. After the survey of local medical institutions and visits to rural areas, the author, together with 24 medical experts, studies on the implementation of medical and health service system in Xintian County from the aspects of public health, basic medical services, health security and drugs supply. At the same time, the author looks up a large amount of information from researching documents both at home and abroad. Based on the research about Xintian County and China’s unique national conditions, the thesis aims to offer some suggestions on how to achieve the equalization of basic medical and health service as well as theoretical reference to the implementation of basic medical and health service system in urban and rural areas.The thesis is mainly about a brief overview of the theoretical research into the basic medical and health service from the perspective of the composition, the substance as well as the essence of the basic medical and health service. Besides, it puts forward several suggestions on how to promote the implementation of the health care and hygiene system. Those suggestions include improving the basic drug system and the application of the basic medical and health service system at grass roots level, strengthening personnel training, giving overall consideration of the production and circulation of drugs, optimizing the allocation of resource, advancing the service sustained by informatization and deepening medical reform.
