A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial Of Moving Cupping On Hechelu Together With Rubbing Method Treatment For The Asdthenic Splenonephro-yang Diabetes Depression

Objective:Using a RCT study to evaluate the clinical efficacy of asdthenic splenonephro-yang diabetes depression by moving cupping on Hechelu together with rubbing method therapy.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (treated by moving cupping on Hechelu with rubbing method) and controlled group (treated with prozac),each group had 40 cases.All the patients were treated with regular hypoglycemic drug therapy.The treatment group would be treated every other day and the controlled group would take the medicine everyday. There are four weeks of treatment,and the follow-up time was six weeks later.The tcm syndromes scale,HAMD,SF-36 would be used to evaluate the effect.Results:(1) Baseline analysis:age, course, sex,the tcm syndromes scale,HAMD and SF-36 scale were of no statistic significance before the treatment.(2)The tcm syndromes scale:the total effectiveness of treatment group is better than the controlled group. Differences between the two groups were statistically significant compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the controlled group(P<0.05). Follow-up scores have no statistical significance when compared with the scores after treatment(P>0.05).(3)HAMD:Differences between the two groups were statistically significant compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),difference of HAMD score between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). (4) SF-36:The differences in VT and PF of treatment group were statistically significant (P<0.05); differences in VT and PF of controlled group were not statistically significant(P>0.05);difference in BP of two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the other items were statistically significant compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05). Differences in VT between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);while difference in other items between two groups were not statistically significant.(5)Safety index:The blood sugar of two groups is stable,and the subjects in the two groups had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Both the groups have efficacy of asdthenic splenonephro-yang diabetes depression, the treatment group is better than controlled group to improve the tcm syndromes,and the method that moving cupping on Hechelu with rubbing is easier to be accepted by patients,so it is worth of spreading.
