Objective:This topic aims to collect the clinical data of arthroscopy all-inside meniscal repair with Fast-Fix patients, then to analyze the correlation between the course of disease and after meniscal suture clinical efficacy, provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods:The 76 patients (81 knees) included in the standard were chosen from 2011 to 2013 in sichuan province traditional chinese medicine hospital, the general information of patients were collected:the course of disease, gender, age, site of injury, damage morphology. According to the course of disease in Keene time division standard[1], the patients were divided into three groups according to the course of A, B, C group. Group A:32 cases of acute stage; group B:25 cases of subacute stage; group C:19 cases of chronic stage.. Each group need MRI examination of knee joint to assess meniscus injury, and do the arthroscopy+meniscal suture technique. The VAS of pain visual analog scale scored and the Lysholm knee function score were collected in preoperative and postoperative 3,6,12 month follow-up, postoperative follow-up collect the clinical healing of meniscus with Barrett standard [2] Based on the results to analyze the correlation between the course of disease and after meniscal suture clinical efficacy.Results:76 patients were followed up.The results showed that the differences of each group VAS pain score in preoperative and postoperative was statistically significant (F<0.05), the differences of each group Lysholm knee function score in preoperative and postoperative was statistically significant (P<0.05), According to the Barrett standard, the clinical healing rate was 96.88% in A group,92% in B group,89.47% in C group, the overall effective rate was 93.42% to use all-inside meniscal repair with Fast-Fix under arthroscopy treatment. The differences of A, B, C three groups between postoperative 3,6,12 month in VAS pain score were no statistically significant (P>0.05);The differences of A, B, C three groups between postoperative 3month in Lysholm knee function score was statistically significant(P<0.05);But the differences of A,B,C three groups between postoperative 6,12month in Lysholm knee function score were no statistically significant (P>0.05);The differences of A, B, C three groups between postoperative 3,6,12 month in the clinical healing of meniscus were no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic all-inside suture with Fast-Fix is an effective method to treat meniscus injury, total effective rate was 93.42%.Early suture is conducive to the knee joint function recover faster, but the course of disease had no significant influence on the long-term clinical efficacy after meniscal suture. Therefore suggested that the III level of meniscus injury can be used in the patients with meniscus suture, regardless of length of the course of disease should be carried out meniscal suture as soon as possible. Arthroscopic all inside suture with Fast-Fix have the advantages of simple operation, curative effect satisfaction,it can be popularized in clinic.
