Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Herbals Contents In The Patient Of Restless Leg Syndromes Secondary To Chronic Kidney Disease On Stages Of 3 To 5

Objective:Observing the influence of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbals on restless leg syndromes of patients with chronic kidney disease on stages of 3 to 5.Methods:This study selected 26 patients with CKD on stages of 3 to 5 and secondary to restless leg syndrome, genera and Spleen-kidney deficiency with blood stasis syndrome. Based on.the general treatment, all patients will be give acupuncture treatment and Replenish qi and activate blood since the proposed prescription treatment.Observation time was four weeks. Before and after the treatment, Recorded restless legs syndrome symptoms quantitative score and the main clinical symptoms Syndrome quantitative score and check renal function, plasma, blood cell analysis, routine urine analysis, hemorheology. Make a Statistical analysis of the results.Results:1. Restless legs syndrome total effective rate was 80.77%.2. The score of Restless legs syndrome have a statistically significant difference after treatment(P<0.01).3. The score of TCM syndrome have a statistically significant difference after treatment (P<0.01).4.This method can reduce serum creatinine、Blood Urea Nitrogen, improve creatinine clearance (Ccr) and hemorheology (Reduced viscosity3.0 (1/s)、Erythrocyte aggregation index、Plasma viscosity、fibrinogen), a statistically significant difference (P< 0.01)Conclusion:1. The treatment of acupuncture combined chinese Medicine can improve symptoms in patients with restless legs and reduce the score of Restless legs syndrome.2.
