The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Patients Of KOA With GVD Treatment With External Fixation Combined With A Small Needle Knife Therapy

Objective:By observing the external fixation combined with small needle knife therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA) with Genu Varus Deformity(GVD) patients clinical symptoms and signs of improvement.Evaluation external fixation combined with small needle knife treatment of KOA with GVD of the clinical curative effect, thus further explore its mechanism, for the clinical treatment provide more optimized treatment method and train of thought.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, research group 30 cases, treated by external fixation combined with small needle knife therapy. External fixation was weared 1 to 2 hours once times, with a rest for half an hour,4 to 6 hours a day. Time of wearing is according to patients’personal physical condition and bear ability. Small needle knife release stripping adhesion and contracture of soft tissue of the knee pain points.30 cases of control group only with small needle knife therapy,once every 5 to 7 days, no more than three times, The two groups of patients were followed up to 3 months. After treatment,The JOA score, Femur Tibia Angle(FTA) of the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1. The JOA score comparison:The JOA score of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment (P< 0.05).The changes before and after treatment of the two groups were significantly different (P< 0.05),the research group was superior to the control group.2. The FTA comparison:The FTA of the research group was significantly different before and after treatment (P< 0.05). There was no difference in control group (P> 0.05).The changes before and after treatment of the two groups were significantly different (P< 0.05),the research group was superior to the control group.3. The knee JOA score outcome:The total effective rate of the research group is superior to the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. The research group and control group in both types of therapy are effective treatment of KOA and GVD, and the curative effect of research group is more significant, obviously superior to control group;2. The research group can obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with KOA, reduce knee JOA score, superior to control group;3. The research group can obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with GVD, superior to control group;4. External fixation can correct negative gravity line of lower limb by changing the FTA,delaying disease progression.
