The Observation Time Point Injection Adopted Method Combined With The Therapeutic Effect Of Electroacupuncture In The Treatment Of Primary Insomnla

Objective:Through the treatment of insomnia by the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector,to discuss the clinical effects and mechanism,to clarify that acusector is an effective method to the treatment of insomnia and acusector with the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector has a better excellence.Methods:Choose 60 primary insomnia patients randomly divided into 2 groups,They are the treatment group of the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector (the treatment group) and the treatment group of medicine(control group).The treatment group of acupoints:To check form of the Yangzi time point injection therapy to select acupoints to acupuncture and sparse wave current for 30minutes,the strength of the current in the patients can tolerance.Once a day,acupuncture time chosen for the afternoon,lOdays for a course of treatment. A total of three courses of treatment breaks a day.Control group:1 hour before going to bed to give patients oral estazolam.(Estazolam Tabldts) lmg,once daily, 10days as a course of treatment,a total of three courses.Before and after treatment in the two groups using Pittsburgh sleep quality insex(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score and syndromes of insomnia integal.Were processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software,measurement data using test,counting data by chi-square test,level data using rank and inspection.Results:1.Before and after treatment comparison within two groups by PSQI、HAMA、HAMD and TCMsymptoms of insomnia,the contrast had significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment comparison between two groups by PSQI and TCM symptoms of insomnia,showed treatment group had significant difference with control group(P<0.05),and the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector group was superior to oral administration of sleeping pills group.3.Compare the reaults between two groups after treatment by HAM A and HAMD scale,it showed treatment group had significant difference with control group(P<0.05),and the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector group was superior to oral administration of sleeping pills group.4.Compare two groups’ clinical efficacy,total effective rate are:93.33 %,73.33%.Conclusion:1.Both the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector and oral administration of sleeping pills can improve the primary insomnia patients’ symptoms and quanlity of sleep,but the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector is superior to oral administration of sleeping pills.2. Both groups’ patients’ anxiety and depression mood are improved effectively,but the Yangzi time point injection therapy combine acusector is better than oral administration of sleeping pills.
