The Study Of Factors Affecting Neuropsychological Development Of Infants With Intelligence Screening In Top-class Hospitals Of Changchun City

Objectives: By investigating infants mental development situation with intelligence scr-eening in medical care department in top-class hospitals of Changchun city, for early finding and interventing infants with mental retardation,and providing a basis for development;discussing infants general information,mother’s situation during pregnancy,condition about infants raising and family status affecting neu-ropsychological development of infants,which can provide a reference for impl-ementing prenatal and postnatal care policy;forming strategy for health educati-on of the infants’ parents,providing reference for relevant departments to carry out the work of infants care.Methods: 1.Study objects Selected parents and infants in medical care department in top-class hospitals in Changchun as the respondents by convenience sampling method in July 2014- September 2.Neuropsychological Development Test(Development Qotient Test) Using 0 to 6 children’s neuropsychological development scale which was prepared by Capital Institute of Pediatrics.( abbreviation: Children Heart Scale) 3.Questionnaire of influencing factors of neuropsychological development in infants Using the self-designed questionnaire,which was divided into four parts: questionnaire of infants general information, questionnaire of mothers’ situation during pregnancy, questionnaire of infants raising, questionnaire of family status.Results: 1.The DQ score for infants who take part in intelligence screening in top-class hospitals of Changchun is 69.00~124.00 points.The average score is(95.74±8.36),0.4 percentage of infants were in low intelligence,13.4 percentage ofthe infants were in the middle and lower intelligence,82.2 percentage of the in-fants were in middle intelligence,4 percentage of the infants were in middle and high intelligence, none of the infants were in high intelligence. 2.As univariate analysis shows that infants general information affect neur-opsychological development on infants have a statistical difference(P<0.05)on sex, birth month, whether is the first infant, father’s education, mother’s educat-ion level, family income, father’s occupation, mother’s occupation.. 3.As univariate analysis shows that mother’s situation during pregnancy affect neuropsychological development on infants have a statistical difference(P<0.05)on the situation of mother drinking, the mothers’ diet during pregnancy, the emotional state of mother during pregnancy, whether to use spuc medicine, whether having severe colds in pregnancy, condition of father drinking, condition of father smoking. 4.As univariate analysis shows that infants’ raising affect infants of neuropsychological development on infants have a statistical difference(P<0.05)on main raising area, mainly supported, the supporters’ education,passive smoking of infants, feeding quantity,number of toys, an average time parents communicate with infants, whether to do exercise with the infants. 5.As univariate analysis shows that family status. that infants’ raising affect neuropsychological development on infants have a statistical difference(P<0.05)on whether have pets in family, whether parents parenting are consistent, parents marriage situation. 6.Multivariate analysis results show that parents marriage situation, whether the first infant, family income, number of toys, main raising area, mainly supported, sex, mother’s education level, whether severe cold, the emotional state of mother during pregnancy were entered regression equation of affecting neuropsychological development on infants.Conclusion: 1. Some parents who’s infant in intelligence screening in medical care department for child in top-class hospitals of Changchun city don’t understand the normal development of infants, less attention to the infants development status in daily life,do not cause enough attention of unfavorable factors affecting the infants neuropsychological development,do not pay attention to the infants’ early exercise. 2. Infants neuropsychological development is not a certain factor, but raised by mothers’ situation during pregnancy, infants raising, family status.and other factors. 3.The relevant departments should form a system health education strategies for the parents and urge parents doing it,giving full play to the positive role of the development of environment on neuropsychological strengthening of infants, exercising more on movement ability, language ability,adaptive capacity, social skills.
