Analysis Of The Status On The Flowing Married Women Of Childbearing Age In Handan City

Childbearing Age in Handan City Aim:To study the basic situation of flowing married women of childbearing age, We analyse the factors which affect the flowing married women of childbearing age and find existing problems in Handan city and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. Methods:This article was based on theory related to demography,comprehensive utilization of 2010- 2014 demographic data and the floating population data of Handan City, qualitative research and quantitative research were taken with the combination of theoretical research and empirical research study methods. In order to accurately grasp the basic situation of flowing married women of childbearing age, a special sampling survey was carried out in Handan City, a total of 350 questionnaires were issued and 348 valid questionnaires were returned.According to the survey data, the basic situation of married women of childbearing age were quantitatively described.The influencing factors of the flowing married women of childbearing age were analyzed by using Eviews7.2 software with the economic development data of Handan city. Results:(1)The total population is 10,294,800 people, the number of flowing population is 760,868 people and the flowing population accounted for 7.3% of the resident population in 2014.(2)Flowing population statistics show that during the period from 2010 to 2014, most of the counties(cities, districts) in Handan City, the number of married women of childbearing age is relatively stable, floating up and down in a small range. The period of married women of childbearing age in Hanshan and Congtai District the number of inflow of greater volatility in 2010 to 2011.During the period from 2010 to 2014, the number of married women of childbearing age in most counties(cities, districts) in Handan city was relatively stable, and floating up and down in a small scale. Which is far from the urban areas of Weixian, Handan, Daming County, Shexian County, Cixian, the number of married women of childbearing age, the number of women of childbearing age showed a slow growth trend. The number of married women of childbearing age in Yongnian county and Wuan city was significantly reduced.(3)Survey data shows that the flowing married women of childbearing age in Handan population age distribution is relatively concentrated, mainly concentrated in 21-30 years old and 31-40 two stages. Floating married women of childbearing age in the education level of high school(technical secondary school) is the highest proportion, accounting for 35.9%, followed by junior high school education accounted for 34.5%. Occupation structure, business services accounted for the highest proportion reaching 43.1%. The main reason for the flow, “choose to seek better development space: is the most, reaching 52.9%. The average monthly income from 2001 to 4000 is 55.4%, the income level is lower than the local average wage.(4)The data shows that the main reason for outflow of married women of childbearing age is that GDP per person is low from 2012 to 2014;the main reason for the inflow of the married women of childbearing age is that the proportion of second industry and tertiary industry. Conclusion:According to the statistical data and survey data, through the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, the basic situation of Handan City floating married women of childbearing age are described, to analyze the flow of economic factors, based on further analysis of the problems existing in the flow and put forward policy recommendations.(1)the age structure, professional structure and income level of married women of childbearing age in Handan city showed obvious characteristics of floating population.(2)the influencing factors of moving married women of childbearing age in Handan city are mainly economic factors.The main reason for the outflow of married women of childbearing age is that GDP per person is lower,compared with the outflow, the industrial structure has a greater impact on the inflow of married women of childbearing age.(3)Lagging management ideas,management mechanism and system obstacles and and management effectiveness exist in the floating married women of childbearing age,the government should pay more attention to solve children’s education, social inclusion and so on.
