With the rapid development of social economy, people’s living standards are rising, Diabetes mellitus as one of the common chronic diseases, it has seriously affected people’s health, especially in our country, the current situation and development trend of the development of diabetes will seriously threaten our national health.is one of the common chronic diseases, has seriously affected people’s health, especially in our country, the current situation and development trend of diabetes will seriously threaten our national health. The treatment of diabetes is a long, the treatment of the disease index, diet, exercise, and other indicators of control, so the information management of diabetes has been the concern of medical workers and patients.As one of the common chronic diseases, it has seriously affected people’s health, especially in our country, the current situation and development trend of the development of diabetes will seriously threaten our national health. At present, the information management of diabetes mellitus in our country is increasing, but the existing information management device is unable to meet the needs of patients with diabetes mellitus.In this paper, through the investigation of the status quo of information management equipment and user research, the information management needs and expectations of patients with diabetes, through the design, into the information management system, to provide a reasonable and feasible solution for the information management of diabetic patients.The use of observation, interview, questionnaire survey method of diabetes information management equipment users to study, to tap the user’s actual and potential demand. The existing equipment and service of diabetes information management is analyzed, and the advantages and problems of existing equipment are studied. The design scheme of service function, interactive interface, function module and the design and development of the equipment are designed according to the analysis of the user’s research and the status quo.With other similar information management equipment, this research designs the information management equipment including software system and hardware terminal two parts, including blood glucose detection, information records, data analysis, data analysis, personalized design and other service functions, breaking the traditional products is limited to one-way transmission mode, design a set of information collection, data analysis, to remind the proposed management process, in order to provide personalized information management services for patients with diabetes.This research is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, the background and significance of the study, as well as domestic and foreign research trends.
