Purpose:In breast cancer surgery on core needle pathologic examination and did not receive neo-adjuvant chemotherapy cases as control, Comparing the expression of ER, PR, Her-2 and Ki67 before and after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patents figured out whether there are changes in the express of ER, PR, Her-2 and Ki67 and analysis of the correlated influence factors.Materials and methods:This study collected the tumor surgery of run run shaw hospital, zhe jiang university in July 2003 to September 2010 treated 1440 cases of breast cancer patients, are women. Screening can provide research with preoperative core needle check data line cases,220 cases of breast cancer surgery. Among them to accept the new-adjuvant chemotherapy patients 92 cases as experimental group, did not receive neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with 128 cases as control group. In addition to the loss of specimens, the rest core specimen needle line of pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical detection of ER, PR, Her-2, the expression of Ki67, postoperative specimens with the same line method immunohistochemical check clear ER, PR, Her-2 and Ki67 expression. Statistical analysis, respectively, the experimental group and control group,128 cases of 92 patients before and after surgery in patients with ER and PR, Her-2, and the change of Ki67. The accuracy of the analysis of core needle detection and molecular biomarkers of breast cancer after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy of ER, PR, Her-2 and Ki67 change and influence factors.Results:Specimen of core needle detection of ER, PR, Her-2, Ki67 with surgical gross is the consistency of the test results; Comparative analysis shows that the expression of ER and Ki67, ER expression level raised (P=0.0008), Ki67 expression level decreased (P= 0.0001); PR (P=0.3008) and the expression of its Her-2 (P=0.7980) change without statistical significance after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Conclusion:Specimen of core needle detection is high diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer, the accuracy of the detection of breast cancer immune index is high base on core needle detection; the expression of ER after neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be changed, ER expression level raised, Ki67 expression level decreased.
