| Objective: To explore the Ultrasonic and MRI manifestations of small ovarian malignant neoplasm,to evaluate the values of Ultrasonicã€Magnetic Resonance Imaging and US combined MRI in the diagnosis of small ovarian malignant neoplasm, and provide the evidence in staging. Methods: A data of 135 cases small ovarian neoplasm by surgery and pathology were enrolled in this hospital between 2011 and 2015, and 83 cases were diagnosed small ovarian malignant neoplasm. The imaging data were analyzed retrospectively. Calculate the sensitivity 〠specificity and accuracy respectively of Ultrasonicã€MRI and Ultrasonic combined with MRI diagnosed small ovarian malignant neoplasm, and make the ROC graph of them. And analyses the Kappa of Ultrasonic and MRI about metastasis of small ovarian malignant neoplasm. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing small ovarian malignant neoplasm with Ultrasonic was88.89%,69.84%The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing small ovarian malignant neoplasm with MRI was 93.06%,76.19%,and those for the combination of Ultrasonic and MRI was 97.22%,97.06%.The ROC graph explains the accuracy of Ultrasonic combined MRI is better than Ultrasonic or MRI.And the consistency analysis of Ultrasonic and MRI for the metastasis of small ovarian malignant neoplasm provides the evidence in staging of small ovarian malignant neoplasm. Conclusion: The combining diagnosis of Ultrasonic and MRI of small ovarian malignant neoplasm is superior to the single diagnosis of either Ultrasonic or MRI.Ultrasonic and MRI provide the evidence in staging of small ovarian malignant neoplasm. |
