| The genus Celastrus comprise ca.50 species throughout the world. They are widely distributed in tropical and subtropical areas, especially in China south areas of the Yangtze river, about 30 species are widely distributed in southwest, south and northeast in China. Mainly for the wild resources. This genus is rich in the active ingredients, such as celastrol and pristimerin, showing anticancer, anti-inflammatory immune efficacy, therefore it is very meaningful to study this genus. In this paper, firstly, the identify classification of genus Celastrus plants were researched. We adopted powder microscopic identification and TLC methods to qualitative identification. With chemometrics techniques near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was studied as an accurate fast and new method to identify intact. In this section after smoothing 1st derivative was used as pretreatment method, PCA-LDA model was used to classify spectral data. The study included 10 species, which were Celastrus monospermus,Celastrus. rosthornianus Loes.var.loeseneri (Rehd. et Wils.) C. Y. Wu.Celastrus hypoleucus (Oliv.) Warb.exLoes.Celas trus glaucophyllus Rehd.et Wils,Celastrus rosthornianus Loes,Celastrus s tylosus Wall, van puherulus (Hsu) C. Y. Cheng et T.CKao,Celastrus orbic ulatus Thunb.Celastrus aculeatus Merr.,Celastrus gemmatus Loes, and Celastrus hindsii.Secondly, HPLC-UV method was used in the determination and comparition of celastrol in different habitats different species of genus Celastrus. An external standard method by HPLC with Welchrom C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was employed. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-1%acetic acid aqueous solution(87:13) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·in-1. The detected wavelength was 425 nm. The contents of tripterine in the root and the root bark parts of the 11 species were detected on this basis. |
