Clinical Study Of "Old Ten-needle" To Treat Comorbid Anxiety And Depression

Objective:Research the relationship between the " old ten-needle " and the Comorbid anxiety and depression. then approach the approach approach mechanism and method in treating Comorbid anxiety and depression.Methods:Using randomized, controlled study method,64 patients met the conditions of the objects were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,32 cases in each group. treatment group use " old ten-needle "to theat patients and control group use western medicine(for any kind of the SSRI class).The treatment is about10 days, once per day,retain needles for 30 minutes at a time. Observe the HAMD and HAMA score,CNV data and the TESS score before and 10 days after treatment.Reusts:1.HAMD and HAMA:in treatment group,5 days and 10 days after treatment, HAMD and HAMA score was lower than than before (p=0.000<0.05). in control group,5 days and 10 days after treatment, HAMD and HAMA score was lower than before (p=0.000<0.05); through set of comparison, there was no difference between treatment group and control group (p=0.916>0.05) in HAMA score,while there was significant difference between treatment group and control group (p=0.045<0.05) in HAMD score. Curative effect analysis of HAMA score after 10 days treatment, the total effective rate of 83.33% in the treatment group,and it’s 86.67% in the control group, which was no difference between two groups (p=0.366>0.05),while Curative effect analysis of HAMA score after 10 days treatment, the total effective rate of 86.67% in the treatment group,and it’s 80.0% in the control group,which was significant difference between two groups.2.CNV:After treatment, the amplitude of A-B was higher than before in both group (p <0.001), through set of comparison,there was no difference between treatment group and control group (p=0.146>0.05) in amplitude of A-B and after treatment the RT(reaction time) was shorter than before (p<0.001), through set of comparison, there was no difference between treatment group and control group (p=0. 962>0.05)3.TESS:in treatment group,5 days and 10 days after treatment,TESS score was lower than before(p=0.001<0.05,p=0.000<0.05)/and through set of comparison,there was no difference after 5 days’ treatment between treatment group and control group (p=0.116)0.05),and after 10 days’ treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(p=0.028<0.05). after 10 days’ treatment, treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (p=0.002<0.05) in TESS score reduction.Conclusions:1.The group of acupunctur " old ten-needle " had definitely effect to treat comorbid anxiety and depression(CAD),and the symptoms were improved time-dependentiy.2. Acupuncture " old ten-needle "can effectively improve the amplitude of A-B and reduce RT(reaction time) of CAD patients.and can improve the emotional cognitive functions in different degrees.3. Acupuncture " old ten-needle "had lighter side effects than control group,which is a safety and effective treatment method.
