Clinical Observation Of Buzhong Jiangni Decoction For The Treatment Of The Deficiency And Qi Reversal Syndrome In Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Jiangni Decoction in the treatment of the deficiency and Qi reversal syndrome in gastroesophageal reflux disease by Professor Xie Jingri.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of the 38 patients, according to the sequence of treatment are numbered, be mentor prescription of Buzhong Jiangni Decoction for treatment. Daily with warm boiling water with 300ml, half an hour before breakfast, half an hour after dinner each service 150ml.8 weeks for a course of treatment, take questionnaire, respectively before treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment, to fill in the questionnaire, through its own integral before and after control, evaluation the therapeutic effect, and in 4 weeks of withdrawal recurrence after discontinuation observed the, and the data is analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:Clinical treatment in 3 cases, complete treatment of 35 cases, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome distribution of curative effect for 5 cases, markedly effective in 13 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine 94.29%. Before treatment and after treatment, the total score of TCM syndrome was 32.20+4.23,5.87+9.89, after statistical analysis, P<0.01, Z=-5.174, there were significant differences, with statistical significance. In the single syndrome integral, before and after the treatment, the main symptoms (pantothenic acid, heartburn, substernal burning pain, belching), secondary symptoms (throat discomfort, mouth pain, dry mouth, epigastric pain, bloating, anorexia, and God fatigue fatigue, loose stools) there are statistically significant differences in the severity of disease. Among 35 cases, 4 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 11.43%.Conclusion:1. Buzhong Jiangni Decoction can improve the deficiency and Qi reversal syndrome in gastroesophageal reflux disease patients with TCM symptoms.2. Buzhong Jiangni Decoction can reduce the clinica Irecurrence rate of the deficiency and Qi reversal syndrome in gastroesophageal reflux disease.
