Observation Of Modified Dangguiyinzi Decoction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath Treatment Of Psoriasis In Stationary Phase

Objective:Investigating the clinical efficacy of "Modified Dangguiyinzi Decoction"combined Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath for treating Psoriasis Vulgaris(Wind-dryness due to Blood-deficiency Syndrome), using PASI score and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome score as evaluations, observing and analyzing the efficacy from aspects of subjective and objective.Methods:Methods of random grouping,88 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group and control group, the patients in the treatment group were completed for 42 cases, while the control group was 40 cases,6 cases in the process of study in the fall. Treatment group given oral medicine decoction "Modified Dangguiyinzi Decoction" combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath, control group was given oral Chinese patent medicine "Xiaoyin capsule"combined with topical "Vaseline". Selected respectively before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment, treatment for 4 weeks after treatment and 6 weeks after, as the evaluation point of two groups of patients of PASI score and Chinese blood deficiency and wind dryness symptom score, were recorded and statistical indexes of two aspects of the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to improve the situation. And the statistics of patients with adverse reactions during the treatment, so as to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group compared with before treatment compared to the, PASI score and the score of traditional Chinese medical syndrome has significant difference (P< 0.05), with significant difference (P< 0.05) compared to the control group compared with before treatment compared with no significant difference (P>0.05). At this time in the treatment group than the control group.2.After 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the PASI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly different compared with that before treatment (P<0.05)3.After 6 weeks of treatment, the improvement degree of PASI score as the evaluation index of skin lesions, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.1%,5 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of control group was 65%,2 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, and 14 cases were ineffective. There was a significant difference between the two (P< 0.05).Conclusions:1."Modified Dangguiyinzi Decoction" combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath in improving clinical symptoms of psoriasis patients with quiescent period, significant effect.2."Modified Dangguiyinzi Decoction" combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath with less adverse reactions, the advantages of high safety, is an effective method for the treatment of quiescent psoriasis.
