Performance management as a modern scientific management theory and methods, the is born at the end of the 20 th century, it gradually developed, it to enhance the overall coordination of the hospital, improve the hospital management control level, to ensure the scientific and rationality of human resources management in the hospital has extremely important role.In this paper, through the literature review of related theory and main methods of the research status of domestic and foreign hospital performance management, performance management of hospital and learn from the experience of performance management at home and abroad, and the actual survey CZ hospital performance management practice, a profound analysis of the current situation of performance management of hospital CZ, in the CZ hospital existing conditions, to explore the most effective and feasible performance management system.
