In this thesis, the chemical constituents of ginseng flower buds are systematically studied.1、A total of 24 compounds have been isolated from the methanol extracts of gi nseng flower buds using various column chromatography and liquid chromatography to separate and purify and 1D NMR, 2D NMR and MS methods to identify. Among th ese compounds, four of which are new compounds, 24(R)-ginsenoside M7 cd, 24(S)-flora lginsenoside Ka, 6’-malonyl formyl-ginsenoside F1 and 3-acetyl-ginsenoside F1; one ne w natural compound, 6’-acetyl-ginsenoside F1; The compound Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-(2’’,3’’-E-p-coumaroyl)rhamnoside is isolated from the Panax for first time; And seven co mpounds including 20(S)-ginsenoside Rh1, Panasenoside, ginsenoside Rh13, 20(S)-protop anaxatriol, dammar-20(21),24-diene-3β,6α,12β-triol, dammar-20(21),24-diene-3β,6α,12β-tri ol and Afzelin are first isolated from flower buds of P.ginseng2、A method of separation, purification and the preparation by semi-preparative HPLC is established and optimized for a pair of isomer of ginsenoside F3 and F5 from total saponin extraction of flower buds of Panax ginseng(TSEFBPG), Meanwhile a HPLC-DAD analysis method is developed for simultaneous determination of ginsenoside F3 and F5 from TSEFBPG.And the content of the two ginsenosides in ginseng flower buds is determined, respectively4.21±0.04 mg/g and 5.13±0.03 mg/g.3、A total of 62 compounds of essential oil are detected, including 33 are identified from ginseng flower buds using steam refluxing extract method to extract and GC-MS technique to detemine and identify. Accounted for 82.87% of the total volatile oil. Among these compounds, 19 compounds are found from flower buds of Panax ginseng for the first time.
