It will develop series product of particles of Hypericum attenuatum Chois.The conclusions are made:I It will draft the production technology regulation on germination, seedling cultivation,transplantation,field management, harvest and process,which make sure that the best harvest time is fruit period and drying in the shade is best way during initial processing.II The results show that the best extraction effects are extracting rough power of Hypericum attenuatum Chois by 65 percent alcohol for twice which is ten times than the herbal, 2 hours once. Under this condition,extracting rate of flavonoids is12.03%.III Hypericum attenuatum Chois of flavonoids is 24mg/ml, and sample volume is5 BV. The content of flavone in 70% ethanol washing fluid made up 50% of the total flavone substantially eluted at a flow rate of 2BV/h, which can make sample volume6 BV.IV Hypericum attenuatum Chois is extracted to develop new pharmaceuticals.Granules are prepared by main medicine, soluble starch, lactose, and dextrin(1:1:0.5:1.5),which can make uniformly drying brown particles with good solubility to easily take.V It studies antioxidation in vitro on preparation of Hypericum attenuatum Chois with DPPH, comparing Vitamin C, Compound Salvia Tablets, Hypericum attenuatum Chois with particles of Hypericum attenuatum, which of EC50 is respectively 2.8, 128,49.14, and 17.29. It can prove that antioxidant ability of Hypericum attenuatum Chois product is higher than it of Compound Salvia Tablets.The study on particles of Hypericum attenuatum Chois is mainly for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and plays an important role in reducing blood pressure and antioxidation. |
