Analysis On The Current Situation Of Supervision And Management Of Oral Medical Institutions In Jilin Province

Objective By the analysis and discussion on the special inspection data of stomatology and interviews on the health supervisor of the oral institutions in Jilin Province, the actual problems of oral institutions in Jilin Province were found out, summarize the points of the interview and proposed solutions to the problems.Method In this paper, documentary analysis, field survey, interview and case study are used, by reviewing relevant literatures, the current situation of oral institutions in our country are known. The subjects of this special research is nine regions in Jilin Province, using stratified sampling and combing the focus of supervision, selected10 institutions from each region, 90 institutions in total, as subjects of the study.Then issue questionnaires to investigate whether the layout and configuration of Solutions and recommendations are reasonable, the management of clinics, and the situation of medical disinfection, and do Special field test sampling in the same time.after collecting all the data, use excel to build the database and input the data, and make tabulations according to the data, then conduct a descriptive analysis based on the tabulations. Interview medical administrative staff and primary health supervisor separately, discuss the current situation, existing problems, and propose solutions and recommendations together. Look up the files on management and supervision of oral institutions during 2015,find the relevant violation cases, conduct case analysis realistically. Synthesize the above methods and propose feasible countermeasures.Results The layout and configuration of 43 oral institutions in Jilin Province are reasonable, the proportion is 47.78%; Medical diagnose and management of oral diagnosis are not standardized; loopholes in rules and regulations of disinfection for oral institutions exist;Lack of training for medical disinfection staff exists, only 30 oral institutions provide medical staffs with disinfection training. shortage for personal protective equipment and the equipment are not used properly.36 oral institutions’ execution of the “Disinfection or sterilization after a single use” rule does not comply with the standard; the proportion is 40%. Some Oral institutions are lack of advanced cleaning and disinfection equipment, so disinfection for medical devices can not carried out in accordance with the standard, thereby, nosocomial infection is easily led; substandard problems exist in the special sampling of some oral institutions.Conclusion Currently, many problems exist in the oral institutions in Jilin province,e.g.,some medical institutions are in poor sanitary conditions, the overall professionalism of the medical staffs is low,etc. the number of oral institutions in Jilin province is large while the number of regulatory staff is limited. The making of“Quantitative classification management guidelines for oral medical institution” will contribute to the standisation of the Management and supervision of oral institutions.
