Objective:To study relationship between occupational stress and musculoskeletal injuries, and explore clues to investigate the etiology of musculoskeletal injury, and understand oil workers occupational stress and musculoskeletal injury situation, explored its influence factor. Methods:Using cluster sampling method, a random sample in 2000 oil workers aged 18 and older, including demographic data, Occupational stress inventory revised(OSI- R), Self-reporting Inventory(SCL- 90), the Musculoskeletal disorders survey, Work ability index questionnaire(WAI), Effort-Reward Imbalance(ERI).Results:1. The survey questionnaires out of 2000, recycling effective questionnaire 1935, questionnaire effective rate was 96.75%. The oil workers have professional task and nervous reaction total score were higher than domestic norm, coping resources total score is lower than the national norm(P < 0.05). Gender, nationality, age, cultural degree, marital status, income, job, the job seniority, job title and shift work situation is different, the oil workers have different stress levels(P < 0.05). 2. The investigation total of 1935 people, including musculoskeletal injury prevalence was 84.7%,the prevalence of lower back and neck shoulder was the highest, at 82.33%, followed by,neck shoulder discomfort prevalence was 76.33%; Different gender, age, cultural degree, marital status, income, type of work, length of service and the title of the oil workers musculoskeletal injury prevalence difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Most of the oil workers musculoskeletal injury pain continued for a week, and characterized by pain, numbness, most people will dispose, eat pain relievers, plasters, etc, for example, there are also some workers refuse to injury, fewer workers would seek treatment, nearly half of the people think that damage reduced their work ability, less workers think damageaffects life; And most workers think damage related to work, only a few workers think damage has nothing to do with work.3.Musculoskeletal injury condition of different stress levels of workers to X2 test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). To different mental health state of workers to the musculoskeletal injury of X2 test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The ERI scores of different oil workers and musculoskeletal injury of X2 test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Oil workers with musculoskeletal injuries WAI has a lower score than the workers without damage(P < 0.05). 4. With different gender, age, cultural degree, marital status, income and occupational stress levels on skeletal muscle damage condition the influence of oil workers such as multivariate linear regression analysis, the results of gender, age, degree of occupational stress and mental health status, WAI 5 variables entered the regression equation(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The oil workers occupational stress condition is serious;Women oil workers skeletal muscle damage probability is greater than the male; The oil workers who is length of the longer have the greater risk of musculoskeletal injury;the higher the degree of occupational stress and mental health state of the worse, the greater the chance musculoskeletal injury;high effort- low paid what workers musculoskeletal injury rate is higher;skeletal muscle damage effect on the ability to work with.
