| Objective:To observe the the difference between the circulating levels o f endothelial microparticles( EMPs) in the plasm a of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease( CHD) and non-CHD patients, to explore the correlations between circulating CD31/Annexin V+ EMPs leveland conventional risk factors of CHD,provide the theoretical basis for the CHD. Methods: From August 2014 year to January 2016 year in Cardiology sector of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region people’s Hospital. The patients(n=146) were divided into 5 groups including group of STEAMI30 cases, group of NSTE-AMI 28 cases, group of UA 32 cases and normal group24 cases. The relative level of EMPs was detected by using flow cytometry. Results:The leve ls of plasma EMPs were significantly higher in patients with CHD than those in control subjects(P<0.05).However, there was no significant difference in plasma EMPs counts between patients w ith AMI and those with UAP or SAP(P>0.05). Multiple linear regression showed a strong negitive correlation between serum High density lipoprotein cholesterol level and plasma EMPs levels(P<0.05).Showed a positive correlation between serumLP-a level and EMPs(P<0.05).Conclusion: Plasma EMPs levels increased in patients w ith CHD,arguing that pathogenesis of the CHD can be associated with EMPs in the blood.,and HDL-C and LP-a may affect expression levels of EMPs. |
