Objectives: To Analysis BNP levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome and the correlation of cardiac function, and discusses plasma BNP concentrations within the differences between different ethnic groups, as well as the correlation of left ventricular ejection function, the prognosis and treatment of coronary heart disease has important clinical significance. Methods: Selection in May 2012 A in September 2014 and the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university hospital heart center of Uighur and han Chinese, A total of 531 patients with acute coronary syndrome(239 cases of Uighur and han ethnic group, 292 cases), according to the ZuBie respectively, including unstable angina(UA) and acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI), acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI), namely after admission to the BNP detection and echocardiographic ejection fraction(EF) value, according to the LVEF value can be divided into group A(LVEF 50% or higher) and group B(LVEF < 50%), the software of SPSS 18.0 is used for statistical analysis. Results: 1) Uighurs and han Chinese patients with acute coronary syndrome in general differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05) but there are differences between the BNP median;(2) The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);BNP group A 830±404 pg/ml;(3)The BNP group B 8892±2333 pg/ml;Plasma BNP and LVEF group A has no obvious correlation(r=0.13, p=0.13), BNP levels and negatively correlated with LVEF in group B(r=0.735,p=0.735), namely with the increase of the BNP level, left ventricular ejection fraction decreased gradually, between between the two ethnic groups are statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Uighur patients with BNP levels higher than the corresponding han patients, when LVEF < 50%, the negative correlation with LVEF and BNP level inpatients with acute coronary syndrome, BNP level can reflect the state of cardiac function, and LVEF comprehensive application, can better reflect the patient condition, to have guiding significance to the prognosis.
