| Objective: Human maxillofacial bone shape is irregular, the structure is complex, and the bone of the skull base overlap, these reasons led to jaw is easy in the process of sports, such as traffic accident hit and severe displaced fractures, therefore, reduction and fixation of jaw bone is a very, very common dental surgery. Rapid prototyping 3D CT reconstruction images can clearly show visually jaw bone fracture three-dimensional anatomical morphology and its relationship with the surrounding tissue structure, can be clearly shows that the jaw bone fracture position, fracture line direction and fracture displacement direction and distance. At the same time, as a new technology, the digital in providing digital model, the realization of three-dimensional anatomical model parameters measurement, storage, information related to the operation have a unique advantage. To investigate the three-dimensional solid model of computer aided rapid prototyping in jaw bone fracture clinical application value.Methods: September 2013 to March 2015 were admitted in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university dental in 46 patients with maxillofacial fractures as the research object of this study, the team all the 23 cases with control group, control group patients only according to CT three dimensional reconstruction figure for preoperative diagnosis, patients with team at the same time the use of rapid prototyping auxiliary for preoperative diagnosis, three-dimensional entity model comparative research and diagnostic coincidence rate and postoperative curative effect in the control group.Results: Computer aided rapid prototyping 3 D entity model diagnosis in patients with maxillofacial fractures is as high as 95.7%, the accuracy of the control group was 91.3%. Maxillary Fractures fracture operation time, the experimental group 155.8 + /- 9.9min, 180.2 + /- 11.0 min in the control group; Mandibular fractures in the experimental group 61.3+ /- 7.0 min, the control group 72.3 + /- 5.8 min. Comprehensive experimental group 188.5 + /- 9.7min, the control group of 224.8 + /- 17.6 min. Experimental operation time is shorter than the control group. Postoperative good curative effect can be divided into 3 ~ 6 months, the experimental group of 20, 2, 1 case respectively; 12, 9, 2 cases of control group respectively, the study shows that results are meaningful. Postoperative curative effect in 12 months, the experimental group 21, 2, 0, respectively, in the control group, 10, 12, 1 case respectively, the statistical results are meaningful. So from the diagnosis coincidence rate, postoperative efficacy and the operation process can be concluded that the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Immediate implantation after anterior teeth trauma could reduce overall treatment times, the number of surgical procedures, and the absorption of hard and soft tissue surrounding implants, so as to achieve higher aesthetic satisfaction. |
