| Objective: To investigate the relationship between p-SHP-2 and Cag A and postoperative pathological in patients with gastric cancer, and to analyze the main factors influencing the degree of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis.Methods:1.From December 2015 to January 2016,a total of 51 gastric cancer patients received surgical treatment in the first department of gastrointestinal surgery and department of cadres surgery from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.The level of serum Cag A was tested by ELISA.The p-SHP-2 level of gastric caner tissue and normal gastric mucosa was tester by Western blotting. According to Cag A level and p-SHP-2 level patients were divided into 4 groups,compared the tumor location, tumor differentiation, tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage between the 4 groups.2.The SPSS version 17.0 was used to annlysis the data.Results:There were 31 P-SHP-2 high level patients,20 p-SHP-2 low level patients, 22 Cag A positive patients, 29 Cag A negative patients. Analysis p-SHP-2 level and Cag A level by Fisher ’s exact probability method, the results show that p=0.01 which mean the levels of p-SHP-2 and Cag A in gastric cancer patients were different.There was no relationship between serum Cag A level and age, sex, tumor location, differentiation degree, tumor length, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, lymph node number, positive lymph node number.There was no relationship between gastric cancer tissue p-SHP-2 level and age, sex, tumor location, differentiation degree, lymph node number. Gastric cancer tissue p-SHP-2 high level can increase tumor length, promote tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis. There were 18 P-SHP-2 high level Cag A positive patients, 13 P-SHP-2 high level Cag A negative patients, 4 P-SHP-2 low level Cag A positive patients, 16 P-SHP-2 low level Cag A negative patients. Whether Cag A was positive or not, P-SHP-2 could promote tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion: Cag A does not directly promote tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, tumor tissue p-SHP-2 can promote gastric tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis.The inhibiton of tumor p-SHP-2 may be a new idea for the treatment of gastric cancer. |
