From the macro level and micro level put forward countermeasures and measures to promote the development of medical liability insurance in our country, including a based on the fault of compulsory medical liability insurance system risks, third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism unification and specialization, developing medical liability commercial supplementary insurance, health providers improving the risk consciousness and service level and so on.
