| Objective: To explore the HLA-DRB1 ã€DPA1 ã€DPB1 gene polymorphism high resolution type alleles and Uighur HL susceptibility, understand the role of genetic factors in the onset of HL mechanism. Method: The case-control study(1:2) and DNA SBT method, 40 cases of Uighur HL patients and 80 Uighur healthy subjects in HLA-DRB1ã€DPA1ã€DPB1 gene loci of accurate classification, comparison of HLA-DRB1ã€DPA1ã€DPB1 gene locus allele frequency differences between the two groups. Results:(1) Cases were checked out 84 type high resolution alleles, the control of the communist party of China detected 105 high-resolution type alleles, HLA-DRB1ã€DPA1ã€DPB1 gene seat waiting for a frequency distribution meet the Hardy-Weninberg genetic balance test.(2)Compared with Uygur healthy subjects, Uygur patients with HL DRB1*11:04:01(11%,3%), DRB1*04:03:01(6%, 1%), DPA1*02:01:05(19%, 6%), DPA1*02:02(19%, 6%),DPA1*03:02(19%, 6%), DPB1*05:01(21%, 6%), DPB1*57:01(9%, 2%) statistically significant differences in genotype distribution(P<0.05);In the Uygur healthy DPA1*02:01(5%, 16%), DPA1*01:06:01(5%, 16%), DPA1*02:03(5%, 16%), DPB1*02:01:02(15%, 78%) gene frequency is significantly higher than the HL cases, statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:This study shows that DRB1*11:04:01,DRB1*04:03:01, DPA1*02:01:05,DPA1*02:02,DPA1*03:02,DPB1*05:01,DPB1*57:01may increase the risk of HL of Uighur population DPA1*02:01, DPA1*01:06:01,DPA1*02:03, DPB1* 02:01:02 may decrease risk HL Uighur people. |
