Objective:This paper is to analysis of the correlation of the CAG and fasting plasma glucose, blood lipid levels. Methods:A case-controlled study was designed.Among 820 people who accepted gastroscope and biochemistry examination from Sep,2013to Dce, 2015 in Xinjiang Medical Universicity Fifth Hospital, all the Han nationality. And their age rang from 25 to 6o year old. There are 306 patients with CAG in the case group, which include 204 male and 102 female, mean age:45.10±7.25,and 514 people are selected from the healthy population, which include 236 male and 278 female, mean age: 44.40±6.40. Results:1. There is significant differences about the constituent ratios of the gender in two groups (P< 0.05),2. The average of FPG, TG, TC, LDL-C in case group is significantly higher than the control group, and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). There is no difference about the average of age, HDL in the control group(p> 0.05).3. Through the Logistic multifactor regression analysis, the gender, FPG, TG are risk factors for the CAG, values of P were<O.001, <O.001,0.006, values of OR were 1.669, 1.417,1.497, and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).The TC is not a influence factor, and alues of P is 0.490, values of OR is 1.051,so there is no statistically significant. The LDL-C is Protective factors, and alues of P were<0.001, values of OR is 0.423,so there is statistically significant.Conclusion:(1) The gender ratios in two groups has a significant difference. Proportion of men in the case group is significantly higher than women, and men have the risk of the CAG were 1.67 times more than woman. (2) The averge of FPG, TG, TC, LDL-C in case group is significantly higher than the control group, so there is statistically significant. The people with abnormalities of FPG, TG are 1.419 times,1.479 times to people with normalities of FPG, TG. The TC is not a influence factor on CAG. The LDL-C is Protective factors to CAG. (3)There were no differences about age and HDL in two groups, so they are no associated with the CAG.
