| Objectives: 1. To learn the effect of early antiretroviral therapy among HIV-infected adults in Yili.2. To explore the influencing factors of the effect. Methods: In2011-2014, HIV-infected adults with CD4 cell counts > 350 cells/μl were selected, offered therapy and followed-up until the end of 2015. The baseline and follow-up data were establishmented for analysis. Results: 1. The baseline CD4 cell counts were 510.6±166.8 cells/μl, it raised to 635.1±282.2 cells/μl after 48 months. 2. After 12 months, the successful immune response rate was 46.5%, junior high school and above level, baseline CD4 cells counts were 351~ 500 cells/μl, clinical stageâ… or â…¡, not stop over medicine, not leak in nearly 7 days were the protect factors; 12 months later, the failed immune response rate was 33.3%, baseline CD4 cells counts were 351~500 cells/μl was the protect factor, interval of diagnosis to treatment discontinuation more than 1 year, stop over medicine were risk factors. 3. 6 months later, the viral suppression rate was75.3%, the han nationality, not stop over medicine, not leak in nearly 7 days were protect factors; 18.4% of the object had viral rebound, stop over medicine was risk factor. 4. Mortality rate was 1.89/100 person-year, the clinical stage â…¢ or â…£ was risk factor. Conclusion: After receiving early antiretrovial treatment, the object obtained the effect of immunology and virology, and fatality was low, medication adherence played an important role for effect. It indicates the importance of early antiretroviral therapy, but we should strengthen the education of medication compliance in order to avoid missing or medication discontinuation which may affect the effect. |
