Objective:through cases of eye trauma patients hospitalized in our hospital from October 2013 to 2014 October statistics and retrospective analysis of related factors affecting the prognosis of visual acuity and eye trauma score (OTS) in patients with end prognostic assessment of visual acuity in the role. Methods:retrospective case study, analysis of gender, age, source, work character, injury type, injury pattern, eye injury classification, injury visual acuity and so on. Develop the ocular trauma score (OTS) method by American Association of eye injury, according to the factors affecting the visual calculate the total score, by a total score get OTS, analysis of ocular trauma score (OTS) in patients with final evaluation of the prognosis of visual acuity in the role, so as to explore the related factors influencing the prognosis of visual acuity. Results:in this study,251 cases of ocular trauma were more male than female, the single eye injury was more than that of open eyes.251 cases of ocular trauma patients with initial visual acuity and final visual acuity distribution vary, traumatic patients with initial visual acuity and final visual acuity was better in open ocular trauma patients and early vision 0.1-0.4 and greater than or equal to 0.5 blunt ocular trauma patients with final vision provided more than open. Analysis found that the actual final visual acuity of 251 eyes trauma patients with OTS grading, the total score was significantly linear correlation, R values were 0.74,0.78. Description, the more serious eye injury, the lower the total score, the lower the OTS, the final visual acuity is worse.251 cases of ocular trauma patients, compared with closed eye injury, OTS classification of open eye injury was lower, and the actual final visual acuity was poor. OTS scores were lower in open eyes than closed eyes, and the prognosis was poor. Conclusion:the related factors affecting the prognosis of visual acuity in 251 eyes of ocular trauma patients have the primary visual acuity, the way of injury, the type of injury and so on. Ocular trauma patients of ocular trauma score (OTS), can provide important information for predicting the prognosis of patients with visual acuity. |
