Aim: To evaluate the difference of ocular surface between Resight Non-contact wide-angle lens and Traditional corneal contact lens in the Proliferative diabetic retinopathy after Cataract phacoemulsification combined wi th intraocular lens(IOL) implantation and vitrectomy. Methods: A retrospective cases—controlled study was designed. Ninety-six Proliferative diabetic retinopathy with cataract patients( 96 eyes)were included in this study in Xinjiang autonomous region Tradit ional Chinese from January,2014 to December,2014.T he Experimental group 48 cases( 48eyes) using Resight Non-contact wide-angle lens, the Control group 48 cases(48eyes) using Traditional corneal contact lens. Corneal thickness(CT), Sehirmer’s test(SIT),breaking-up time(BUT) and Corneal Fluorescein staining(CFS) were examined before operation and 1day,1 week,1month after operation. Results : All indicators of 2 groups were no significant differences in preoperative. significant differences were seen in CT valu e, CFS score, BUT value and S It value between the experimental group and control group as well as among 4 time points.( CT value; Fti me =94.789, P=0.000; Fgrou p=171.725,P=0.000;SIT value;Ft i me =110.205,P=0.000;Fgro up=182.642,P=0.000;BUT value; Ft i me =22.218, P=0.000; Fgro up=133.840, P=0.000; CFS value; Ft i me =16.232, P=0.000; Fgrou p=142.296, P=0.000).CT value of 2 groups were significantly difference in postoperation and in preoperation( P<0. 05), At the each time point in postoperative, the CT value of the control group were increased obviously, it was significant differences compare to preoperative( P<0.05).the SIT of 2 groups were significant differences in postoperation and in preoperation( P<0. 05). At 1, and 7 days postoperative1 y, the SIT value of 2 groups were signi ficant differences compare to preoperative( P< 0.05).To 30 days postoperatively, it has recovered to preoperative levels gradually. the BUT of 2 groups were significant differences in postoperation and in preoperation, the BUT of control group was shorter in postoperation than that in preoperation, the CFS value of 2 groups were significant differences compare to preoperative(P< 0.05),CFS values in postoperative 1 day and 7 day were sign ificantly lower than in preoperation in both groups( P<0.05).However,CFS values returned to normal at postoperation 1 month through in both groups( P>0. 05).Conclusion: Resight Non-contact wide-angle lens has little change on the ocular surface in the Proliferative diabetic retinopathy patient aft er Cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation and vitrectomy. |
