Objective: To investigate the Uygurs and the Han nationality patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in serum soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha), intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)concentration and its clinical significance. Methods: A prospective study methods, according to the calculation formula of sample content of the case control study, respectively, to take the alpha=0.1, beta=0.8, into the statistical software through a comprehensive analysis of the sample size of 249 cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University June 2014 to February 2015. Including unstable angina pectoris(UAP) 75(42 cases of Han, 33 cases of Uygur) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) 66(33 cases of Han, 21 cases of Uygur). The control group included stable angina pectoris(SAP) 54 cases(33 cases of Han, 21 cases of Uygur) and the people with age, gender matched healthy volunteers(27 cases of the Han and 22 cases of Uygur). ELISA method was used to detect serum sCD40 L, TNF-a, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 concentrations. All data are used SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis. Results:(1) the serum s CD40 L of the AMI group were significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.01);(2) the sCD40 L, TNF- alpha and ICAM-1 of UAP group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(3)the sCD40 L, TNF- alpha and ICAM-1 concentration of the SAP group was significantly higher in control group(P<0.051);(4) the TNF- concentrations of UAP group were significantly higher in the SAP group(P<0.01);(5) comparison of inflammatory factor levels in Uygurs and the Han group, the results has no statistically significant(P>0.05); Conclusion: Patients with Coronary heart disease with different subtypes of heavier, the inflammatory factor expression is higher; the Uygurs and the Han nationality in expression are basically the same, did not confirm the expression of inflammatory cytokines have the ethnic differences; the detection of ACS patients with inflammatory factor sCD40 L, TNF-a, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 levels, contribute to disease progression in monitoring patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).
