Objective : 1.To search the space distribution features of major heavy metals and ions as well as their concentration in atmospheric fine particles(PM2.5) by collecting samples of atmospheric fine particles(PM2.5) in Urumqi from 2014 to 2015.Methods Collecting 63 atmospheric fine particle samples by using TH- 1000 CII type intelligent flow PM2.5 particulate air sampler. 2. Cytotoxicity is relatively small particle size of the different components, Respectively for 4 kinds of anions and 5kinds of heavy metal ions toxicity monitoring, While the ultrasonic vibration eluting soluble constituents of fine quartz fiber filters particulate matter and non-toxic water-soluble components to be monitored.Result 1.Firstly, among the samples of atmosph- eric fine particles(PM2.5), the over standard rate reaches 98.4%.Secondly,the concentrations of the atmospheric fine particles(PM2.5) is higher in heating period than in non-heating period. Thirdly, the results showed that Na, k, Mg,Ca, Pb, Zn, Fe and Cu are the main pollution elements of PM2.5. Among those mental pollutants, Na, Mg, Ca, Zn and Fe are relatively fixed and they had the highest proportion which reached 90% of all. Fourthly, the differences of the season and the heating supply decide their proportion. For example, in non-heating period:Ca>Fe>Zn>Mg>Na; in heating period: Na>Zn>Ca>Fe>Mg. Fifthly, F-, Cl-,NO3 – and SO42- are the main anions in PM2.5. By testing them in different months,we got the result that the proportion of different anions are relatively fixed and they are shown like this: SO42-> NO3-> Cl-> F-. 2.According to the results oftreatment and five metal ions(exposeddoses: 0.1mmol/L,0.5mmol/L,1.0mmol/L,5.0mmol/L and10.0mmol/L respeetively),we found that only SO42-and NO3- anions Could inhibit cell activity in the anions determined,and all metal ions could inhibit Cell activity in the following order of inhibition:Cu>Ca>Pb>Zn>Fe.Furthermore,by experimenting with cells exposed to soluble and Insoluble components of fine partieles(exposed doses:100 ? g/mL,200 ? g/mL and 300 ? g/mL respectively),we found that soluble components showed more toxicity to Cells than that of insolublecomponents.specifieally,as compared with cells exposed to insoluble components,soluble components showed more inhibition of cell activity,greater injury of cell membranes,and higher rates of apoptosis and levels of reaetive oxygen species(ROS). Conclusion: 1.Within the atmosphere of Urumqi city the atmosp- hric fine particles(PM2.5) exceeds bid badly. The pollution concentration is in a high level.The source of air pollution is mainly related to the traffic emission and the burning of sulfur fuel. Therefore, we must take measures against the air pollution of atmospheric fine particles(PM2.5) and improve the air quality of Urumqi.2. Insummary,different Components of fine particles could lead to different toxieity to cells and in a dose-and time-dependent response manner. |
