| Objective:study on bidens compound preparation in order to treat yperlipidemia disease. First of all, make the research on bidens antioxidant omponents, analysis the correlation between antioxidant activity and the content of ptal phenols. Secondly, compare the different proportions of bidens bipinnata and awthorn, find the effective proportion for treating high blood fat disease.Methods:SD rats adapted to feeding for 14d,are randomly divided into rmal group and model groups. Normal group has 20 rats and model groups have 5 rats. Rats of normal group have been raised by ordinary feed and rats of model oups have been raised by high fat diet for 30d. After killing 5 rats of model oups and measuring TC, TG and HDL in serum, the measurement results show at TC and TG are increasing, on the contrary HDL is significantly reducing, ich proves the model to be successful. Sixty hyperlipidemia rats are randomly vided into model group A,B,C,D,E and lovastatin group. Every day the rats of model groups are fed with high liqid, but the rats of normal group with daily feed for 30d. Take blood samples anddetect heart,liver,acrta tissue organ after the last doses.Results:TG,TC and LDL-C are significantly decreasing, and HDL-C is increasing after the hyperlipidemia rats are feed by the mixed powder of bidens bipinnata and hawthorn. The antihypertensive effect is related with the amount of the powder of bidens bipinnata. Comparing with high lipid group, TC,TG and HDL-C of group C are droped to 23.63% ,37.30% and 15.32% respectively, LDL-C is increased to 39.82%; TC,TG and HDL-C of group D are dropped to 24.47%,36.51% and 12.90% respectively, LDL-C is increased to 41.867%. Comparing with lovastatin group, TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C of group C are changeable to 6.47%,1.28%,3.14%,2.02% respectively, TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C of group D are changeable to 5.29%,2.56%,2.94%,2.06% respectively. Activity of T-AOC and SOD is obviously increased, and amount of MDA is dropped after the rats are induced by high lipid diet, which shows that the compound of bidens bipinnata and hawthorm has antioxidant effect.Conclusions:the experience shows that, the compound of bidens bipinnata and hawthorm can significantly drop TG and TC, and increase HDL of the hyperlipidemia rats, and can effectively regulate lipid metabolism. The compound of bidens bipinnata and hawthorn for improving hyperlipidemia has better effect than the only bidens bipinnata. |
