Cytokeratin In Invasion And Metastasis Of Colorectal Cancer Clinical Research

Objective To explore the CK 7, CK 19 and CK 20 were in the clinical significance of the colorectal cancer invasion and metastasis.Methods The reverse transcriptase ‐ polymerase chain reaction(RT‐PCR) lo CKdetection of 40 cases of healthy physical examination(healthy group) and 80 cases of intestinal benign disease(benign disease group) and 120 cases of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC) 1 day before the operation, 10 days after surgery, surgery the second review CK7, CK19 were in peripheral blood, the expression of CK20 situation, relevant data and statistical analysis. Results CK7 and CK19 were in CRC group preoperative peripheral blood and CK20 positive expression rate was 7.50%(9/120), 23.3%(28/120), 37.50%(45/120), CK7 and CK19 were in CRCgroup 10 days after peripheral blood and CK20 positive expression rate was 9.20%(11/120), 22.50%(26/120), 39.20%(47/120). Six months after the CRC group of CK7, CK19 were in peripheral blood, CK20 expression positive rate was 11.7%(14/120), 35.00%(42/120), 58.3%(70/120); The positive expression rate were higher than healthy group of peripheral blood CK7, CK19 were, CK20 positive expression rate was 0%(0/40), 2.50%(1/40), 5.00%(2/40) and peripheral blood of CK7, CK19 were benign disease group and CK20 positive expression rate was 2.50%(2/80), 15.0%(12/80), 21.5%(17/80), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion CK7 no positive expression in the healthy group, while the low positive expression in benign disease group and the CRC, with colorectal polyps from benign to malignant transformation has certain correlation.CK19 and CK20 were in CRC group positive expression rate is relatively healthy and benign disease group increased significantly, with the TNM staging of the tumor, the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis has certain correlation;After half a year when the CRC group of CK19 were, CK20 positive expression rate increases with the invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer has certain relevance.
